STEM Equals Funding Call

STEM Equals Funding Call - Submission Deadline 1 May 2020

 

The STEM Equals project invites you to register your interest in the STEM Equals Funding Call. We invite applications for up to £5,000 of internal pump-priming funding for collaborative projects that are within the remit of EPSRC’s research areas. The funding call and the event are open to staff in all Departments in the University.

Those who register their interest will be added to the Myplace page for the funding call, which includes the application form and guidance.

The overarching aims of this funding call are to:

  • Increase the number of women PIs
  • Encourage research collaborations between interdisciplinary teams across the University
  • Promote research leadership and pump-prime more substantial research applications led by women to EPSRC
  • Develop support networks for women across the University

The deadline for submitting your proposal has been extended to Monday 18th May 2020 at 5pm.  Completed application forms should be sent to stemequals@strath.ac.uk. Please include 'STEM Equals Funding Call' in the subject line of your email.

 

The Networking Event originally scheduled for 18th March has now been rescheduled for 2nd April and will be held virtually through Zoom. Details available on MyPlace and listed below.

Thursday 2nd April from 15:00-16:30: Live MyPlace Zoom workshop
